91 mustang 5.0 into painless harness

My question is I just installed a 91 mustang 5.0 engine into my 68 bronco We had installed a painless harness a few years ago with a motor from a 77 bronco. I used the ford racing fuel injection harness. I am having trouble wiring the alternator I bought a factory alternator wire pig tail.  do I need to hook up the b+ wire from the painless fuse box and if so were do I hook it up to.
