swapping front and rear ends

I am buying a 88 bronco and I want to beef it up by swapping the front and rear ends with a 89 F-250. The F-250 has 8 lugs with front coils , and the bronco has 5 lugs with I-beam.Is this a good idea, and how much better would it be?                       thank you for any help
