I’m thinking of installing an Aussie Locker on my front end to increase traction when I’m out muddin’ or in high water. Anyone got an Aussie Locker on their EB? Would you recommend? What about the install process? Can I do it myself or do I need to have it professionally done?

I have an Aussie in my front end and for the price it's hard to beat. Works well off road although I haven't done much mudding (it never rains in CA). I installed it myself with basic tools but a case spreader would be handy to get the carrier out. The directions were pretty clear so it's really up to you to decide whether or not you want to take on this project. If you decide to do it, just remember to mark the carrier bearing caps so they go back in the same way they came out.
