If your Bronco is a '69, chances are you've got a Dana 30 on the front--that was the standard from 1966 until 1971, when Ford switched to the Dana 44. However some of the older Broncos have been upgraded.
You can do a quick visual check of the axle itself and identify the type. Dana 44s feature one bolt with a castle nut on the top knuckle, while Dana 30s are identified by a four-bolt plate. The pictures below show the top knuckle where the axle attaches to the wheel; you can see that they are different.
