Engine & trans swap
Hi,
Please, i'm changing a 5.8 engine and C6 trans in a '87 Bronco, for a 460 engine, and my trouble is the trans, the C6 has another bellhousing, what
trans can i use on it?, is there an adapter for that or must change trans ? if so, what alternatives have ?

That I am aware of no one offers an adapter to mate a Mid Size block to a big block. Your best option would be to get a big block C6. Below is which trans and engines were mated together. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Ford C4 & AOD (5 1/8" center to center top two holes) 289, 302, 351c, 351W
Ford C6 (6" center to center top two holes) 332, 352, 360, 390, 406, 427, 428
Ford C6 (7 3/4" center to center top two holes) 429, 460, 351M, 400M
